Dear Ticketmaster, Moda Center at the Rose Quarter and Pearl Jam, the way you conducted the public on sale yesterday should be illegal.
Randomly flagging verified fan account as fraud to diminish event demand, isn’t that fraud itself?

Making fans sign up before the on sale, and going through a custom link with a custom password is fine, yes that helps reduce demand. HOWEVER, letting said fans sit in your queue and let them pick their seats, get all the way to checkout and BAM: error message, call the fraud department and they drop your tickets. No sale.

When I called to resolve this, I was told they do this because there’s too much ticket demand. WTF??? how is this not illegal??

You’re randomly flagging verified fan accounts as fraud because you as a company can’t handle ticket demand. Then get out the business!

You’ve now done this to 2 of my accounts including my account that houses my Blazers season tickets.
You’re causing mental breakdowns.
The officer who called to check in on me actually said I might be able to sue them for this… ugh if only I was rich enough to afford a lawyer!

We need to join forces and create a lawsuit against Ticketmaster. They should not be allowed to do this!
