Happy Belated Birthday Larry Mentz. Hello to his wonderful wife Joann Mentz

Hi Everyone,
Our dance is tonight Thursday August 29th. from 7 to 10 PM with Country Cookin at PlaMor Danceland 1300 E. 3rd. St. in Pana, IL We hope to see you all. The doors open at 6 PM so come early and socialize. We are open for everyone Singles/Couples to the public and cover charge is $5.00 with free popcorn and coffee at concessions. We have been in business for 23 years. There will be a special birthday celebration for Larry Mentz so come on out and wish Larry a Happy Birthday. He and his wife wife JoAnn will have pulled pork sandwiches and cake at break time. This is a regular dance night and open to everyone singles/couples. So if you have never been to this dancehall please give it a try and see what a wonderful place it is. It is great to socialize and the people are very friendly. We have been under new ownership for a year now and hope to see everyone as we have been making a lot of new changes. Rod Helm would like everyone to know he has lived in Pana for almost 20 years and a retired OSHA and EHS Safety Manager from GE. He has traveled worldwide for GE.
Other qualifications are Army Corp of Engineers (QA Cert)
OSHA 10 hour and 30 hour Outreach Instructor ETC.
Rod and I purchased Pla-Mor Danceland about 9 years ago.
If he is elected he would like to hear from people in town about their concerns, needs and ideas on bringing more businesses to make the city grow.

Hello Dancers We miss you so my Schauzer Angel along with the rest of our family are ready for
2020 to leave as it has been a bad year for most everyone including friends dancers etc. Happy New Year 2021. Let's hope we can open sometime this year that things will resume to normal.

Thank-you very much to all of you that wished Les Zumwalt a Happy 97th. Birthday today. He was very surprised and so far he has received 40 cards and wants everyone to know he really appreciates all your thoughtfulness and kind words. If you still want to send a Belated card or leave a special message on here I will be sure to see that he gets it. Here is a video of Les getting ready to open his birthday cards. Also today the newspaper took Les's picture for a special golf award so it will be in the Pana and Ramsey paper soon but not sure when.
