Carabeef Taco and Carabeef Pesto Pasta

Thanks to Catanduanes Carabeef Tapa and Karbawan sa isla for my carabeef supplies.

I used the Meat in a jar to make my Pasta and the Marinated fresh meat for my Taco.

Super Yummy. I'll be cooking more using both products.

This is Bote Lighthouse. If I'm not mistaken, this was built over a decade ago (Plz correct me if I'm wrong)

He even offered to carry my bag and take pics of me up the tower.
He's always gonna remind you to be careful of sharp rock formations along the way. So if ever you go to Catanduanes, you can look for him as your guide. He's fun to talk with even if he's a Lil shy speaking English.
He's a very humble and good hearted young man.

Mimosa Pudica

A sensitive plant that when you touch its leaves, it closes.

You can easily find it along the roads in the provinces of the Philippines.

This is so symbolic for me.

Last year, I met a friend who called me Makahiya (local term for this plant) Pointed at it and took a Pic and told me I'm like this plant.

Shy most of the times yet brave and strong to have my own thoughts and ideals. Beautiful human yet can be Lil aloof sometimes but never fails to share his positive vibes.

It's not my words 😆 just repeating what they say of me 🤭 so yeah I'm a Mimosa 🤣
