If you’re looking for a quick list for tonight, here is a list of 3 easy things you can do quickly to make sure your home is winter weather ready!

3 Quick Tips 👇🏻
1️⃣ Leave BOTH hot and cold water dripping, and open cabinet doors so heat can get closer to the pipes.
2️⃣ Be sure to disconnect your outside hoses and add a protective cover to your water spigot.
3️⃣ Wipe down your furnace and remove any debris from within 2 feet of the unit.

✨ 2 0 2 4 ✨

As 2024 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey this year has been. It was an unbelievably exciting year, while simultaneously being an unbelievably humbling year.

I’m beyond grateful to have had the privilege of serving 19 AMAZING families, and helping them buy and/or sell their homes. Together, we closed on 24 units, with over $8.6M sold — These people are so much more than units and volume sold though; each transaction was a unique story, and each client became a valued relationship.

Beyond the contracts and transactions, it’s the connections I’ve built with my clients that truly stand out. This year has been about more than just real estate; it’s been about understanding dreams, navigating challenges, and celebrating milestones. Every family I worked with entrusted me not only with a transaction, but with a chapter of their lives. The trust, loyalty, and friendships that have developed over these months will always be my favorite part of this job.

To everyone I had the pleasure of working with, including my industry and referral partners: THANK YOU for allowing me to be part of your journey. Your trust means the world to me, and I’m forever grateful for the opportunity each of you gave me. Edmond friends 🎄🎄🎄

Christmas trees can be recycled by dropping them off at Mitch Park by Jan. 17, 2025. The drop-off location is in the north parking lot adjacent to Marilyn Williams Drive. Please remove all tree stands, nails, and ornaments. Trees will be chipped, and free mulch will be available for residents to pick up at the park. We will post here when mulch is available.

If you can't drop off your tree, residential customers can schedule a special, FREE collection. Call the tree-cycling hotline at (405) 359-4701 between Dec. 30 and Jan. 3 to be placed on the schedule. The special collection will run from Jan. 6 through Jan. 10. Those who have called the hotline must place their tree at the curb before 7:00 am Monday, Jan. 6, to be included in this collection because trees may not necessarily be picked up on your normal trash day.
