Ævum- “the mean between time and eternity; the state of being of the angels and saints in heaven”

This sweet soul turned 10 today! (I’m still trying to wrap my head around our last baby being in the double digits.)

She is sweet (with a hint of sass), kind, compassionate, creative, empathetic, and absolutely beautiful (both inside and out).

When she made her presence known by that little second pink line appearing, we knew she’d complete our family. It wasn’t until she got here that we fully knew just how complete it would feel. She’s so very special and we feel incredibly lucky to be her parents 🩷

Yesterday, we started our new homeschool year. We now have a 5th and 6th grader in the house 🤓

I’m a little late making this post, but you know what they say…

Better late than never.

We’re half-way through the year and I couldn’t be more grateful for the clients I’ve been able to help (as of June 30th). As we roll into the second half, I just wanted to give a quick recap, and say thank you to each of you have trusted me to buy or sell your home.

My biggest objective has always been to do enough business to change people’s lives for the better, all while being an ever present figure in my children’s lives. On a personal level, I strive to grow and become better than I was the year before. In the first half of 2024, I’ve done just that. Cheers to the rest of the year 🩷

These two bought and sold a house today. 🥳

They were such a pleasure to work with and get to know along the way. We started prepping for their sale this past fall, and they did an amazing job getting everything ready to go. On the buying side, they knew exactly what they were looking for, and when we found it, we moved forward very quickly.

It genuinely was a lot of fun getting to work so closely with this family, and I’m looking forward to hearing all about the fun nights they have in their new home.
