Local media production company, Digital Fury is launching the area’s first lifestyle TV program beginning in May. MyOcalaTV will feature a local host and a line-up of special community-based stories that will both entertain and engage its viewers. It’s a lifestyle program designed to celebrate the community of Ocala/Marion County, its’ people, places, and local businesses. The show will spotlight
everything from restaurant reviews to health and fitness plans, to outdoor living, and all things in between. MyOcalaTV’s Executive Producer, Marc Rice says the local lifestyle show is a long time coming, “Over the years I’ve come to realize that Ocala, my hometown of 30 years, was missing something it truly deserved - a well produced Ocala TV show.” Rice went on to say that the program will focus on the positive aspects of living in Ocala and will represent, “everything we love about our local community.”
Along with business partner, Jesse Clements, Rice has assembled a team of nearly 20 professionals to produce compelling stories and high quality video segments that are specific to this area. They both believe MyOcalaTV will be a TV program the people of Ocala/Marion County will be excited about. Starting May 3rd, MyOcalaTV will hit the airwaves on ABC TV20, every Saturday morning at 9am following Good Morning America, the nation’s top network morning program. WCJB TV20 currently reaches more than 400,000 households all over North Central Florida. Clements added, “A local show of this quality and scope has never been produced in this area, much less shown before such a large audience on TV.
