HEATH, OHIO:

ATTENTION HEATH RESIDENTS-

Please read Licking County Commissioner (and Heath resident) Tim Bubb's letter attached to this post:

As a result of Heath voters approving participation in the county's electric and natural gas aggregation program, AEP Electric residential and small-business users in our city will have an electric rate significantly lower than the market rate AEP announced will take effect in June. As long as Heath residential and small-business customers of AEP do not "opt out" of the county's electric aggregation program, they will automatically benefit from the decision made by Heath voters.

Phone calls and letters from other interests are already going out to Heath AEP customers asking them to "opt out". Just remember this - if you don't "opt out" you'll automatically receive the negotiated price from Licking County's aggregation program and save money on your electric bills.

Former Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder:

Householder took to the witness stand Wednesday, invoking some of his Appalachian charisma and told jurors that much of what they had heard in the Ohio corruption trial was simply wrong.

Federal prosecutors have accused Householder of orchestrating a pay-to-play scheme that traded nearly $61 million in Akron-based FirstEnergy donations for legislation along with a $1.3 billion bailout for two nuclear plants called the “House Bill 6”. A chunk of that money paid for a well-funded campaign to block an effort to stop the law from taking an effective stance.

Householder, a skilled politician whose career in elected offices spanned decades, used folksy charm to say the government got it wrong. He never hatched a plan with FirstEnergy executives over steakhouse dinners. He never required candidates to back him for speaker or support particular legislation. He didn't control Generation Now, the dark money group at the heart of the alleged scandal…

Preparing Newark for the Intel growth—

Safety and preparation are two essential elements for any successful endeavor. Preparation is required to set the conditions for success and safety helps to ensure that no one is placed in a dangerous situation. This is especially true when engaging in activities such as construction and engineering, working with potentially hazardous materials, or engaging in physical activities that have a certain degree of risk. No matter the situation, safety and preparation are the cornerstone of success.

The activity of preparation is often considered necessary in any new endeavor. Preparation requires attention to detail, a commitment to organized thought, and thorough effort to ensure that every aspect of the task is considered and accounted for. Organizations such as NASA make extensive preparations prior to every mission to ensure that every step taken has been considered and planned. When a task is properly prepared, it can help to reduce the risk of failure and increase the probability of success.

Safety is another important piece of the puzzle in any project. Safety is a multifaceted process that requires both knowledge and vigilance. It is based on the understanding of potential risks and the implementation of protective measures to safeguard everyone involved. This includes equipment inspections, engineering decisions, consistent training for staff, and maintaining high standards for workmanship. These measures are required to ensure that no one is placed in a dangerous situation.

For example, when engaging in construction of any kind, the importance of safety should not be underestimated. All tools, equipment, and materials must be properly inspected and maintained. Work areas should be properly organized and workers must be informed of the potential risks associated with their tasks. Safety must be paramount at every stage of planning and ex*****on.

In summary, preparation and safety are essential elements in any endeavor. Preparation requires careful consideration and attention to every detail of a project. Safety relies on knowledge and constant vigilance to ensure that no one is placed in a dangerous situation. Safety is of utmost importance when engaging in activities such as construction or working with hazardous materials. By engaging in proper preparation and safety, one can ensure the success of any project.
