Our Story

We are two actors, writers, directors, producers, and filmmakers who decided to create a production company and start bringing our crazy little ideas together. Catherine Beckett (Co-founder) Catherine is a NYC based actor, writer and director with a ravenous taste for comedy. Hailing from Naples, Florida she went on to study at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, (where she began a fruitful friendship with TBP co-founder, Lara Goldie) along with the Upright Citizens Brigade. Catherine will never say it out loud, but she really wants to hold your baby. Her dog is named Bogey. Lara Goldie (Co-founder) Lara is an Australian actor, writer and director who has lived in NYC for almost four years. She also went to the Lee Strasberg Institute, but you already know that from Catherine’s Bio. She has worked in theatre, film and TV and has been known to bury her face in an artichoke pizza from time to time. She has two dogs back home named Burger and Mishka.
