🍔 Three of the most interesting burgers I’ve eaten lately—and each one hits different:
1️⃣ The Bacon Ringmaster at Handcraft Burgers & Brew (NYC) – two smashed patties, double cheese, bacon, onion rings, and BBQ ranch on a potato roll. Big flavors, fun textures, but won’t knock you out for the afternoon.
2️⃣ Birria Burger at Agave Maria (Belleville, NJ) – juicy, messy, packed with flavor. It stands tall as a burger, not just a mash-up.
3️⃣ Bacon Marmalade Banshee Bite – an American Wagyu slider with bacon-onion marmalade, pepperjack, and onion straws from Goblin Burgers at Holiday World. Shockingly chef-y for an amusement park.
