I got into this business as a performing and touring musician. Everything I have learned about production was always from a musician’s perspective. 15 years later, as an engineer and producer, I still attack every situation from the perspective of what the Artist would want and how they would feel most comfortable to get the best performance. This is why we do what we do: to capture lightning in
