In November 1993, a veteran discovers the body of a woman on a little road near Interstate 10 in Mobile, Alabama. She is n**e, drained of blood, and decapitated. But despite the horrific nature of the murder, it garners little attention in the press, and worse, detectives fail to understand the fundamentals of what they are dealing with. Can a new approach to the case potentially produce a new outcome?

'Mr. Saturday Night', John Maggio's newest film, will premiere on 11/13 at the DOC NYC Film Festival.

Tickets are available at the link below, and the screening will be followed by a Q&A with Director John Maggio, Executive Producer Bill Simmons and Co-Executive Producer Sean Fennessey.

"WORLD PREMIERE The style. The fashion. The moves. Saturday Night Fever left an indelible stamp on our cultural memory of the 1970s—and there was one man behind it all. Robert Stigwood, a producer impresario, best known for managing the Bee Gees, took the swagger of a Bay Ridge, Brooklyn disco, and brought it to the big screen. Although the film’s popularity sent his career on a meteoric rise, Stigwood’s star-making prowess couldn’t guarantee a lifetime of success."
