Just over a year ago, UIA launched its inaugural session of the Diversity Leadership Mentorship Program. The Program's mission is to empower young professionals from historically underrepresented groups to make progress towards becoming leaders in our industry. We strive to create a safe, inclusive space for emerging leaders to thrive while honing in on their personal and professional trajectories in the arts. We were thrilled to offer Devere Burnett and Jade Roberts paid positions in artist representation, along with weekly, one-on-one and small group mentor sessions with leaders at the agency and from elsewhere in the field. In the coming year, we will prepare to welcome a new cohort of mentees, and we need your help.
