Shape Check & pose ⚒ it’s been around two solid months of my current recomp / fat loss phase with my training and diet and that shape is coming thruuuuu 🤩

Progress has been steady/ gradual with the main intention behind the last few months being to prime myself, tighten up overall while not flattening out TOO much TOO quickly - and really just taking advantage of being able to train back in gym now that we are out of lockdown.

I’ve done this by making some amendments to my diet, intentional exercise selection, increasing weight training intensity, volume and frequency - as well as increasing my overall daily activity and incorporating some cardio into the mix as I enjoy it and my body responds really well to it 🙏🏼 (those of y’all who follow along my stories have seen the journey thus far 🖤)

I did my best over this years lockdown (despite the challenges and uncertainties) to preserve my muscle and overall fitness - but now it’s time to uncover, refine and level up. Still staying as true as I can to the the figure division I compete in and also my rendition of classic female bodybuilding (which I love so much!).

The start of this week marked the next phase of my training and dieting which will now become slightly more aggressive and intense and I’m looking forward to the next 4 weeks and the progress they’ll bring 🙏🏼

When you have a goal, you need a plan. And now it’s time to execute ✨💪🏼
Gym & Fitness

Have a great day everyone! Lots of love and good vibes ✨🖤
