Ingredients:
1 loaf of French bread, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
5 large eggs
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup granulated sugar, plus extra for the topping
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Maple syrup, for serving
Directions:
Generously butter a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange slices of French bread in a single layer in the dish, slightly overlapping if necessary.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, half-and-half, milk, vanilla extract, 2/3 cup of sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk until everything is beautifully blended together.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread slices, making sure all the bread is soaked.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Remove the plastic wrap.

Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf
Ingredients
1.5 pounds ground beef
1 box Stove Top Stuffing (any flavor)
2 eggs
Ketchup (use as much as you want)
Salt & pepper
Brown sugar (for topping)
1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9x13 baking dish. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix together all ingredients. Then form your meatloaf in your baking dish. Cook for 45 minutes and remove from oven. In a small bowl, mix together more ketchup and brown sugar. Coat your meatloaf with the ketchup and bake for 10 more minutes.
I don’t measure my ketchup. I just add until it looks like enough. Edit: If you all are making a thicker meatloaf, it won’t be done in 40 minutes. You will need to cook it closer to an hour or until it’s no longer pink. I was in a hurry and needed mine to cook quicker so I made the loaf thinner.

CROCK-POT ROOT BEER MOONSHINE
Ingredients:
10 Cups Water
2 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar Packed
1 Tablespon Pure Vanilla Extract
4 Tablespoons Root Beer Extract
1 Liter Moonshine
Add water, granulated sugar, brown sugar and pure vanilla extract to a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Turn off or unplug the slow cooker and stir in the root beer extract.
Allow the liquid to cool completely and then mix in the moonshine.
Ladle mixture into clean canning jars with lids and rings in a cool dark place.

8 slices of white bread

4 slices of Swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard (optional)
Butter, for frying
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Raspberry or strawberry jam, for serving
Directions:
Lay out 4 slices of bread on a work surface. Spread a thin layer of mustard on each slice if using.
On each slice of bread, layer a slice of Swiss cheese, a slice of turkey, and a slice of ham. Top with the remaining slices of bread to form 4 sandwiches.
In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Melt some butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Steak & shrimp loaded baked potato. The potato is hiding 🫣 🔥
Jumbo baked potato:
Rub with olive oil, salt and pepper. Oven 450 degrees. For about 1hr to 1:15 until potatoes soft.
Steak:
Seasoned bite sized pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder. Cooked on each side 1 minute or so until browned.
Shrimp:
Tail off. Deveined. Season with olive oil and some Ashley's Seafood Secret. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes on each side until they make a nice c shape over medium high heat with a little oil.
Veggies:
Sauté veggies 5-7 minutes until tender over medium high heat with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder
Cheese sauce:
1.5 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese fresh shredded
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp Italian herbs
Heat cream over medium heat and once bubbling add cheese and seasonings.

Bacon Cheese Fries
Ingredients
1 26-ounce bag of frozen French fries
1 pound bacon
1 8-ounce bag shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 jalapenos seeded and chopped.
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 Tablespoons cilantro chopped.
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and add the bag of frozen French fries in a single layer.
Bake the French fries according to package directions.
Chop the bacon and add to a frying pan. Cook on medium until the bacon is cooked and crumbly. Remove to a paper towel to drain.
Next, add the sour cream, cilantro, 2 Tablespoons of the diced jalapeno, lime juice, salt, onion powder and garlic powder to a food processor.
Process the ingredients on high until it is smooth and fully integrated.
Once the French fries are done baking, set them aside and reset the oven temperature to 400 degrees.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the French fries and then sprinkle on the bacon.
Place the French fries back into the oven and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once finished, remove from the oven and drizzle on the jalapeno ranch (if desired) and sprinkle on the diced jalapeno.
Add any additional toppings and serve hot.
Optional toppings: sour cream, chives, freshly diced tomatoes, banana peppers, black olives, etc.

1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 cups Corn Flakes
Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, light corn syrup, and butter. Heat over medium-low heat until the sugar dissolves, making sure not to let the mixture boil.
2️⃣ Add Peanut Butter: Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the creamy peanut butter until smooth.
3️⃣ Combine with Corn Flakes: Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Corn Flakes in a large bowl. Gently mix until all the Corn Flakes are coated, being careful not to crush them too much.

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mushroom & Onion Gravy:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Salisbury Steak:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 oval patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes:
3. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Add garlic to the pot in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Drain potatoes and garlic, then return to the pot. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
Mushroom & Onion Gravy:
5. In the same skillet used for the patties, add additional olive oil if needed. Add onion and mushrooms and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and onions, stirring to coat. Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly. Cook until the gravy has thickened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Return the Salisbury steaks to the skillet, spooning the gravy over the top. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to reheat the steaks.

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
Cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
Place flour in another shallow dish, and beaten eggs in a third shallow dish.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.

Monterey Spaghetti
Ingredients
4 ounces spaghetti, noodles broken into 2-inch pieces, cooked
1 large egg
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (2.8-ounce) can crispy fried onions, divided
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2 -Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Step 3 -In a large bowl, beat the egg.
Step 4 -Add the sour cream, the parmesan cheese, and the garlic powder.
Step 5 -Add the cooked spaghetti, the Monterey Jack cheese, the spinach, and 1/2 of the onions to the egg mixture.

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced ham
1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon or whole grain)
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle shape.
Spread the mustard evenly over the puff pastry. Then, layer the ham slices on top, covering the mustard. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese evenly over the ham.
