Plants are having a big moment, moving inside our homes as millions of us braved the life-altering pandemic cooped up indoors. We found that creating a greener and more nurturing environment was a huge comfort. And we noticed other important benefits to surrounding ourselves with greenery. Plants are actually good for your health!

A NASA study showed that their leaves can remove up to 87 percent of air toxins within 24 hours. WebMD explains that plants produce oxygen and remove carbon dioxide from the air, like a natural air filter.
