The decision to separate "Solace of 7" from Studio Zero was made mutually by the stockholders. As the majority shareholder, I still retain 51% ownership. However, it is important to note that "Solace of 7" and the character Jay-N-da-boX no longer have any affiliation with Studio Zero. This separation was made to allow both entities to pursue their respective creative and business directions independently.
All intellectual property, including information, concepts, and characters associated with "Solace of 7," remain under the ownership of Jay-N-da-boX. This means that all creative content, storylines, and any future developments related to "Solace of 7" will continue to be managed and developed by Jay-N-da-boX independently of Studio Zero. This strategic move aims to ensure that both "Solace of 7" and Jay-N-da-boX can grow and evolve without any constraints, allowing for greater creative freedom and business opportunities.
