Berwick, Louisiana ( 03/13/2023 07:43 PM ) It is imperative when running for office in the State of Louisiana that we follow guidelines & laws to obtain office to lead a State such as this out of poverty. Louisiana is my home State & I wish to make sure the people become able to provide for each of their family members. Today, my parent Linda Robinson obtained a invite to purchase a vehicle similar to the vehicle issued in a nondisclosure by Gerry Lane Cadillac in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Gerry Lane was my Marketing Partner to create the front of my Style Savvy by Igor Paolo Matkovic show where Saundra Lane of the Lane Agency agreed to a marketing partnership to have me host Cadillac Escalade on the front of this show airing each Sunday at 4pm in Baton Rouge & surrounding areas on WBXH / WAFB sister station. In saying so, after this post I will share the front for the publics review. This is how African American candidates are set up to not complete the race of the most sophisticated office on this land for the Federal Government. When committing to my candidacy, I wanted to put a State first that has worked against my candidacy since the inception of this very Gubernatorial candidacy for office. Review this beautiful bean footage & please join me in a racism complaint globally to the Foreign Press Association. The vehicle I speak of was attached in my previous post. Our white counterparts utilize the most fragile family members to seize our run for the highest statewide office in these United States of America. Please continue to support my candidacy as this car is considered stolen by the Robinson family. No car/truck/suv sale should be completed during a Federal election cycle of this magnitude. Please communities of color, stand together, arm lock, unite to fight against inhumanity, set ups, homelessness, & more. I will continue to fight but I am unable to partake in this vehicle play in my driveway at 206 Riverside Drive, Berwick, Louisiana 70342.

I would like a thorough paperwork audit making sure the nondisclosure documents were not released from repayment or delivery.β It is imperative that I review all details concerning this vehicle.β This vehicle is listed as one of the pulled vehicles from my photoshoots.

Members of the Press, please do a thorough investigation on this attached vehicle. Chase Bank was said to have financed it. Please do a thorough research review on these monies etc. I would like bills/notes tracked, transfers audited, salesperson name, and any additional information forwarded to my attention.β Now, please review this thoroughly as USAA performed a nondisclosure agreement on vehicles I marketed for my Show Style Savvy. Please do a eVerify audit on emails in my name Lanzer Lance M. Robinson, Lanzer Robinson Public Relations (LRPR), and all domains purchased via Federal asset Godaddy.β Below you will find all of these vehicles that need to be refunded or delivered to address: 206 Riverside Drive, Berwick, Louisiana 70342.
Hi,
I am wanting to review a non-disclosure agreement that maybe on file for Linda Robinson USAA automobile (cc'd on this email [email protected])β policy.β I am listed as a driver by the name of Lanzer Robinson.
I pulled vehicles from Gerry Lane of Baton Rouge and wanted to find out if they costed out these vehicles to our USAA policy.

Berwick, Louisiana ( 03/10/2023 10:01 AM ) It is imperative that I explain what could happen to our State's citizens if we ignore our State Chartered Banking disaster that can come about. In my last post, I shared the horrors of families running our local banking institutions & the importance of banking with federal banking partners that include: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, citi, and others. Google Federal Banking list and review the Board of Governors under current Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. Now, I attached the link for banks that could collapse in Louisiana on all of my / our websites especially lnk.bio/toychestbr Please review. Monies held at John bel Edwards Dragnas ---Home Bank Louisiana and similar like Morris Bart / James Carville Gulf Coast Bank/First NBC Bank, Tyler Roy Hebert Stewart & Family's Community / JD Banks, Roy's First National/ Whitney/Hancock Whitney/,Billy Giordano MCBank/ Gordon Pelican State Credit Union, you can also bank with them at Hebert Storage (ask Jury or Joirie) check in with them or Herbert K Andrew Synergy Acting Bank that could become seriously risky. Did you walk in Beacon Light Bank recently?
All Speculative. As we say for safety, ALL SPECULATIVE NEWS. WINK WINK! All I can say is Find Your Money and Move at your own risks --- ASAP. If you don't take your money seriously, I am designing programs that can help you get on your feet. Mortgage Crisis equals this: Planet Home Lending. (Morris Bart/Gordon Get It Done) will sell all Loans to State Chartered Banks to collapse them leaving many of our Louisiana homeowners outside. Even trailers loans will tank if you are not banking with Chase etc. Got it?! Review the beautiful bean footage that follows. Regions is great & I think a federal bank. Rush over there? ASAP to see how their securities add up.

Berwick, Louisiana ( 03/10/2023 12:53 AM ) It is imperative for families and communities of color in our State of Louisiana to understand banking & operate to retrieve what is truly theirs. As you notice, this bank Teche Federal Bank name changed so many times and continues to change. One person who sits in a office there at all times is Debbie Stevens. It went from Teche Federal Savings Bank to Teche Federal Bank to IberiaBank to First Horizon Bank. See so much?! This lady I think owns several bank charters in Louisiana merging them to several larger banks when deposits topple her monies on hand. Those Dragna's I mean John bel Edwards family and cabinet team--- allowed a lot to happen under their administration. I will need to uncover. Now, if you have a deceased family member that died--- our white counterparts got in the banking business of watching death activate to sweep the accounts of people that need their inheritance, need to bury a loved one, & dealt with banks in Morgan City & throughout this State telling ppl that the banks are not in the refund accounts business taking the monies. If she didn't write that check before she passed it would be fraud & their arrests would be made. Now, all speculative but I need ppl to come forward to confirm when its time for authorities. Remember, if you can not find your loved ones monies at any time after their passing---we have to review blind item checking & gain access to Federal banking systems to review who made transfers & seizures to those accounts. This is why African Americans can't easily get jobs at banks & felony's are readily available to be placed on your name. All speculative but ppl please come forward to share your truth when possible. Missing your inheritance?! A.J. Dohmann / Robby or Roddy Dohmann Dealerships---who do you all bank with? More to come.

Berwick, Louisiana ( 03/08/2023 01:15 AM ) It is important that we look at Louisiana highways and make our best plans active in our daily commute. Our bridges are in serious need of reconstruction, revamping, and more. Our highways are hosting lots of standby and past through traffic on i10. Yesterday, I introduced the proposal to incentivize travel on US90/US49 Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco Highway transitioning our main use of car/truck travel through rural parishes of Louisiana. (R.P.P.) The stress currently on the i10 and other interstates both State and Federally operated--- are stressed to the point we must take traveling & time seriously. Louisiana will need to eventually activate more ease of flow plans. Our Ease of Flow initiatives will announce/activate best travel routes via Maps to create your go plans in the future. Our consumption on fuel is high and our need for oil remains a future concern to power our homes, public transportation, heating, vehicles, 18-wheelers, and more. Trouble can/will eventually come about trucking supplies for our nation passing through Louisiana daily either via i10 or i20 up north and every State highway in between. This week I introduced opportunity to own EV (Electric Vehicle Cars/SUVs)--- please start researching and working on your future plans to commit to helping us transition to eco-centric operation and etching closer to our new carbon footprint plans for a greener American society. This will drop our fuel consumption & increase on hand reserves for our future---mitigating risks of shortages.
Parents, please note every expense in the home so we can attack it with EBT & EBT Cash disbursements via our LifeinCheck App. See my Ethics Proof Folder for Example. (L.I.B.) It is important that classrooms & homes become successful, secure & stabilized.

Berwick, Louisiana ( 03/05/2023 12:53 AM ) It is important that I work to review lost wages of every employee in the State of Louisiana and every incorporated company that existed to award families what is owed. I would like to make sure I take accounting out of school districts & place it all at the State level to insure educators are in position to receive accurate payroll to operate their households. I would like to setup private agency's & businesses to access phone banks to help employees complain about employer issues and reopen every Unemployment Insurance and Job Resource Center in the State of Louisiana. There you will be able to complain with action, apply for a job, work to obtain entry benefits for your household, & obtain stipend information to progress your families. Adjudication Attorneys will be onsite to litigate company's performance that hinder your overall success. Operating for Louisiana families will be personal and will depend on State advertising not gossip to lead households forward. All school insurances offered will be carefully curated by State government offering unique options to save lives forward. Blue Cross Blue Shield will need a serious overhaul and if it is in my power---it will cease to exist. Especially when employers have the option to block services, keep policy active, & work to fraud you for your doctor's visits. Your first 17 visits will need to be seen without copay and max copay going forward will be $25.00, zero cost for prescriptions, zero cost for eyewear, all dental care will be underwritten by the insurer due to its most critical status in our lives. More to come.
Parents, please note every expense in the home so we can attack it with EBT & Cash disbursements. It is important that classrooms & homes become successful, secure & stabilized.

Berwick, Louisiana ( 02/27/2023 09:09 AM ) It is important that I work to hopefully renew, revitalize, & re-energize our offerings globally here in the State of Louisiana. In my past works, my hope was to Celebrate Black Music Month in a global way but still honor the works of BET Networks offerings to our world. There were many entrances that completely lit up our television screens that offered best in class showmanship to honor Black music. In thinking about what would a transition plan & inaugural events landscape would look like, I would enjoy inviting Mo'nique, Regina Hall, Jamie Foxx, Leslie Jones, Jay Rock, Taraji P. Henson, & more to perform before Louisiana. BET Networks has led in curating Black music & Black entertainment inspiring the thoughts for us to launch, "No Where USA" here in Louisiana. After reviewing the available landscape in Iberia Parish this past week, I would consider building "No Where USA" in New Iberia, Louisiana. This will create experiences to honor Black Music & host network Studio sites to open Black Music Month globally in Iberia Parish so the world can walk through an experience honoring legacy in Louisiana. Proceeds from touring & artist performances will help us erect African American Music Nonprofits to creating heritage offerings for nows, next. Media is very important to creating the Centers for Creativity Hubs in all parishes in Louisiana. It will be important for us to create, share, and digitally populate a celebrity escape in Louisiana starting every 1st weekend in June to show off Black Music contributions worldwide. My hope is to also have Cadillac Lyric share experience with each of our artists as we transport them to "No Where USA" making Iberia Parish, Louisiana---a centerpiece for Culture. As we work to change what we present in & from Louisiana to the world, digital media will become our way to share, inspire, & curate with Black music. I would like to reorganize all of Admiral Doyle, Lewis Street, Center Street,
Berwick, Louisiana ( 02/24/2023 12:59 AM ) It is imperative that we review the existing stories published by many of our media agencies that go unanswered and require attention by State government. The Pot Hole crisis throughout our State of Louisiana continues to drive our automobile insurance(s) to increased rates. It is important that we recognize all ongoing budget and infrastructure issues/crisis publicly to resolve issues within our Louisiana neighborhoods. The pot holes are growing larger and larger creating a major barrier for all of our motorists and children at play. Unwanted automobile and home repair bills are working against many of our working families. This growing crisis continues to hinder effective pricing for our water bills, utilities, power consumption, axles for vehicles, vehicle auto parts and more. As a whole, recovery of our streets and city infrastructures remain a problem for our neighborhoods and citizens to prosper. Statewide a review must be completed to address every parishes issues across the board. When elected, I will review City budgets and meet municipalities to create the fixes needed to move all areas of Louisiana forward. We must understand that allocation of resources are important to our economy and visitorship to our State. Tourism continues to fall and our dwellings continue to perish due to fault and repair issues. Families must be able to operate with stability and meet all minimal living costs without additional unexpected bills hindering their progress. Soon, time will come for real, new effective leadership to take control and I am hopeful to receive each vote.

Berwick, Louisiana ( 02/09/2023 6:58 PM ) Tangipahoa Parish experienced extreme weather conditions over the last 24 Hours. I am sorry to hear about this devastation our citizens experienced. Please review the above footage from NBC and see what supplies can be given to this community. Please call the Parish Leaders to see how you can help in this time of need. Some of the families in the Top Story coverage are without their home this evening. Please see if you can offer a helping hand. Louisiana, it is very important that we all become winter storm, tornado, and Hurricane ready. This storm struck Tangipahoa Parish without severe warning leaving families in a serious situation for safety. Please make sure you all have fuel, cold cuts, ice, water and monies for emergency hotel rooms allocated in times of need. Please help families in need by sharing Hotels.com gift cards to cover their current situation being without shelter. Please review the suggestive needs list and reach out to those that can transfer assistance. Parish Leaders can hopefully transfer monetary/supply donations to families in need. Please also see if the local Walmart is open to do a Walmart+App delivery for families or for their pick up. In these difficult times, we must depend on App Technology to help us assist others in other areas. If your finance's permit, please help families transition from need to stability.
Here is a list of items families may need during Winter Storms:

Berwick, Louisiana ( 02/09/2023 01:07 AM ) It is imperative that we take Flood protection more seriously in Louisiana. Orleans Parish, Plaquemines Parish, Jefferson Parish and more will need to have assessments completed to address the current State of our levees systems, flood prone areas, & future living conditions for families in these areas. I will ask that Mayor Cantrell work with Retired General Russell Honore' to help us with consulting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to review all of these areas inviting all leaders from Jefferson Parish, Plaquemines Parish & more to hopefully clear all assessment areas. The Six Flags Area I will propose to have flattened, cleared, & permanently closed. I will also propose that we totally clear out all living conditions (dwellings) in the Michoud/ Sarah T. Reed High School Areas/Eastover proper+ areas in the above map. The Harvey Canal is a serious issue that must be addressed timely alongside making lower Plaquemines Parish a commercial entrance only area & moving all resident's more inland. At this time with raging weather, we must take the investments from the Federal Government more seriously & stop band-aid(ing) issues that result in catastrophic damage. I will propose the clearing of more areas that will have to transition to commercial entrance only areas. Commercial Entrance only areas are defined as (shrimping/seafood/oil & more) access zones for our leaders in those industries to build & take on more scientific approaches to our most profitable industries. It is very important that we take the weight off lands that are marshlands & pilot packed- swamped out areas. We have homes that are consistently evacuated. Chalmette & Violet areas remain a concern as well. I will depend on studies that are released by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers to make a serious decision to bring residents to safety & stability. I will make transparent former allocations of Federal investments in these areas to our public. Please r
Berwick, Louisiana ( 02/08/2023 07:51 AM ) It is imperative that we restore what we see in all of our parishes in Louisiana. I would like to do a restore/revamp punch list to recreate tourism in all of our parishes. I will hopefully activate more commissions to take on our beautification and revitalization projects in the State of Louisiana. Governors Arena will need to replace existing infrastructure and available acreage to create experience in our State. As mentioned, Governors Arena will debut as back up spaces for our outdoor facilities, sports teams, plays, concerts offerings and so much more. Governors Arena will play a huge role in our redesigning Hollywood North and South. We must concentrate again on our film, arts, dance, and music /artists offerings as a whole presenting best in class suite offerings for Nationwide review cresting a unique (Content Management Hub) for selection. When the pandemic occured in 2020, it seemed like many people binge watched libraries of content ending on hand visual inventory. I think, It created demand our State couldn't recover from. As we work to rework what is seen, Governors Arena will provide the most attractive, eye catching view rounding the i110 area in EBR Parish/(BR) metro area. Please review the published MAP view of this area by Google as I am hopeful to rework what we offer to our public for premium experience.
Please plan to enjoy a great parade upcoming, grab some great food this week, and of course, "Let the Good Times Roll" when time permits.
