Storytelling is an important part of the healing process for many people who have suffered from a traumatic event, so it is our job to be there to open the door to sharing.

Last year, Aerial Produced captured so many stories from those affected by hurricanes and it was an honor to have played a role in the recovery efforts as well as be a witness to the strength and resilience each person showed.

During our time in Honduras working on recovery efforts with Aerial Recovery Group, the extent of the damage from hurricanes Eta and Iota was so large that we took our cameras to the sky.

This gave us the ability to not only capture the big picture, but also for our team to strategically see how we could get to the hard to reach places.

The Aerial Produced team is heading down to Honduras this week with Aerial Recovery Group to tell the stories of what's going on in the hardest-hit areas, how the people of Honduras are faring, and what everyone can do to help this country rebuild.

Honduras was hit by two major hurricanes - and - within two weeks of each other, causing major flooding and leaving thousands without food, shelter, running water or basic necessities.

Through our 501(c)3 nonprofit Aerial Global Community, you can help the people of Honduras by donating funds for supplies and solar lights from Watts of Love which will be hand delivered directly from our volunteer team to the people in San Pedro Sula. 100% of the proceeds will go directly towards supplies and emergency aid to provide some form of relief amidst this disaster. Immediately post-natural disaster one of the best ways to help is to share the story of what is happening and how others can get involved.

After Hurricane Laura we traveled down to Lake Charles and Cameron, Louisiana with the Aerial Recovery Group volunteer team to assist is telling the real story of the storm.

How can drone footage be used as a force for good?

While in Louisiana capturing the work of and giving a voice to the community affected by , we documented in all kinds of ways.

We had several times where our ability to film using our drones helped people to document damages for insurance.

Media can be used in big productions that amplify stories and draw in help, but it can also help in small ways like helping people file claims and get back on their feet.

We went with to Louisiana to live out our brand of utilizing media to promote great causes, people, and ideas. 🎥

We saw firsthand how tore apart this community, and we couldn’t believe it wasn’t on the news.

The Aerial Recovery Group team is gearing up to head down to Lake Charles, Louisiana to aid in the relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Laura.

They will be boots on the ground from Thursday, September 3rd to Monday, September 7th to facilitate providing emergency supplies and assessing the needs of the communities in some of the most affected areas. 💪

Aerial Global Community has partnered with them to host a 24-hour donation drive to collect much-needed supplies.

Supplies needed include:
• N95 Masks
• Canned Food/Rice Meals
• Tarps
• Batteries
• Toiletries
