Looks that way. I ('Okie Country' Morning Host Ron Stevens) headed over there to run a few laps and get my workout in when I saw this going on. Not sure if it's new turf or new rubber, but things are getting ready for the start of Hornet Football!

Last night, severe storms including rain and damaging winds up to 80 mph moved through OG&E’s service area in OK and AR. As of 12 p.m., approximately 56,000 customers are without service.
