Yup, I am that weirdo who has to stand and sew. I find it completely uncomfortable to sit down and sew. So when my back starts to ache from being hunched over I use the wall. It really helps alot.
I'm still not the very best at this posture but here I am trying to relieve myself of any and all pain that seems to build in the lower part of my back. Schliosis. Oh how you and I fight daily.
I will say that when I bent my knee down I was able to hold it alot longer, still short on time. It will come.
