Sound on Sound Studios is a World Class multi faceted music and audio for film production facility and sound stage. Sound on Sound Studios has over 1800 combined sq ft of live tracking space with multiple isolation booths (6 combined), 9ft and 7ft Yamaha acoustic grand Pianos, Hammond C-3, Wurlitzer, Fender Rhodes, a robust amp and microphone collection, and a knowledgeable and welcoming staff. We

have Amazon Productions security certification, and a Dolby Atmos certified mixing suite. Our facility utilizes Source Connect Pro and any number of remote video production tools.

Sound on Sound is a smart choice for your next recording project. We are conveniently located in Montclair, New Jersey just 2 blocks from two New Jersey Transit train stations and only 28 minutes from midtown Manhattan. We have ample free parking and host two live tracking studios, Studio A 1250 sq/ft of live recording space with 4 isolation booths, Studio B with 650 sq/ft and 2 isolation booths. We have recorded numerous Grammy nominated and winning big band and small ensemble lps, Broadway cast lps, Rock, Jazz, and Gospel albums, Pop and Hip Hop projects, Audiobook and Podcast projects, ADR sessions for TV and Film, video shoots and audition tapes, and more. Our ATMOS mixing room has been busy mixing projects including the new Jon Anderson lp (from YES).

We also offer a diverse number of other services including video, remote recording, production, and scoring.

Keep us in mind for any and all of your recording needs.
