INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make effective phone calls resulting in expanded and qualified carrier base;

- Identify carriers to timely move freight where needed;
- Calculate buy and sell rates;
- Manage assigned daily operational and administrative tasks;

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry preferred, but not required.
- Previous customer service and / or sales experience preferred, but not required.
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor degree preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience negotiating prices preferred, but not required.
- Ability to function well in fast-paced & team-oriented environment.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE COMPENSATION:
- $35,000 - $50,000 gross base salary plus commission
