It's John Baker Day! Usually, along with Son Ranto, we throw a party in Wrigleyville to celebrate the night the backup catcher got the win. Well, a party in Wrigleyville will be irresponsible, so we've got something different this year, and you can participate regardless of where on the planet you are. This year, we are spending John Baker Day by sharing and starting important conversations about black baseball in Chicago. Over the next month, we will be looking at the past, the present, and the future of black baseball in Chicago. It all starts tonight after the Cubs/Reds game.
