Optical illusion:
Brain Power
There is no red color in this picture.
Your brain is filling in the colour.
The picture is made entirely of light blue, black and white.

Simultaneous Color Contrast:
This is the main culprit. The light blue next to the white and black areas tricks your brain into perceiving a reddish hue where there isn't any. Coca-Cola is strongly associated with red. This association further reinforces the illusion. Prior Knowledge. Remember, illusions are fun because they challenge our assumptions about how we perceive the world.
