The latest film festival is located in a beautiful 18th century colonial enclave, the City of Millvile, NJ. CUT International Short Film Festival is the premier festival in New Jersey for short form films. Please visit the festival in September 20 to 21. I’d be wonderful seeing you at the theatre. 🫶🏼😻

Brushes With Cancer is an inspirational art exhibit showcasing the four-month partnership between artists and inspirations (cancer patients, cancer survivors, caregivers) touched by cancer to create art reflective of their cancer journeys. The free art exhibition is open to the public.

Friends- do you know of a gallery or facility who’s owner might be interested in hosting a screening of the short breast cancer art documentary “The Cancer Artists” and a Q&A with the artists present - one or two of them or more. It shouldn’t take more than 30min to 45min depending on the number of artists participating. It could be part of an another show, not the main part. We only need a television, big monitor and build-in audience.

The documentary "Cancer Artists: Exhibiting Breast Cancer Art" has won Best Women’s Short Film at the popular Kollywood Film Festival in India. Taking nearly three years to produce, the documentary faced challenges and significant stress including attempted theft of copyrighted materials. Yet, its poignant topic and message resonated with individuals, garnering enough support to ensure its completion in time for October Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
