WIAA state track and field championships

Div. 2 girls
Medford's Meredith Richter repeats as state champion in the 800-meter run, school-record time of 2:12.05, just 0.25 seconds off D2 state record. Claire Helmila of Freedom 2nd (2:13.81) and Kelana Reimer of Brodhead-Juda 3rd (2:15.66).

Richter finishes 4th in 1,600-meter run, school-record time of 4:58.13. Race was won by Lilie Fouts of Xavier (4:49.05), followed by Nora Gremban of Northland Pines (4:50.97) and Ciara Hartman of Bloomer (4:55.56).

Richter finishes 4th in 3,200-meter run, school-record time of 10:45.86. Race was won by Ciara Hartman of Bloomer (10:30.02), followed by Gremban (10:38.97) and Fouts (10:44.31).

Medford's Jaylin Machon no height in pole vault.
