Had an amazing visit to the Steve Ditko Exhibit at the Bottleworks Gallery in Johnstown, Pa.

Had a great chat with Steve's nephew, Mark Ditko and shared my homage to Ditko and Chick Tracts, Gentleman Ju**ie with him. Tons of great stuff in the exhibit. Family photos, and oodles of history about the artist, original art, a room full of collectibles and much more. Absolutely make the trip while it's there!

Artist Rowena Morrill has passed away. In addition to a few Lovecraft covers she was known for her science-fiction and fantasy illustration, and is credited as one of the first female artists to impact paperback cover illustration. I remember her most for her Piers Anthony covers in the 80s.
