Uncomfortable is really the understatement of the year.
Imagine having to learn something as "simple" as knowing your worth and how not to settle. I went on this vacation and enjoyed every moment together. It's nice to hear "good morning how'd you sleep" and know that it's a real question..not one that will give headway into an argument.

Addiction doesn't discriminate. It will take you down roads you never thought you'd go down. 11 years and I'm still grateful for a heartbeat. I wanted to be a singer. I went to school on a full school for singing. I have recorded in studios and was going places...goals... until I met trauma. Trauma was the gateway for me to self medicate and it was a justification for me to keep using.
Today I get to walk the journey with those that struggle(d) like myself. I don't know much but I know how to do it sober.
I know coping skills. Boundaries. And I know the power in saying "me too".

Narc rage. Oh man those were scary. Unpredictable. And completely off the charts when it comes to tantrums. A narcissistic rage is something I did everything in my power to get away from. My nex was violent. He enjoyed making me squirm in the uncomfortableness of what could potentially happen. I believe wholeheartedly that a narcissist is one of the most dangerous creatures to walk the earth. They have a way of instilling fear in their "victims" that is completely terrifying and again....Unpredictable.
