The theme of this week is listening to your inner intuition.📚

What if we all just did the things that we know our soul wants us to do, devoid of logic or reasoning? Scary isn't it? We'd probably operate our lives in a completely different way and have to develop blind faith in our new decision making process. Sometimes we get so caught up in what society tells us and the image that we feel others expect from us, that we override this ancient and beautiful wisdom. Try to trust your gut more and take a risk on yourself. 💪

The theme of this week is reaching your highest potential in life.📚

After the passing of my Oma, I'm truly realizing that life is fleeting and too short. I'm feeling a sense of urgency with my dreams that I've never felt before, and it's instilling new behaviors in me that I believe are the best for my highest good. It's not so much working "harder" or putting in more work hours, but more cutting out the fluff in my life that is not necessary and just focusing on the things that matter. Your time for greatness starts now. Don't let your magic die inside of you! 💪

Often times, we continue to take the same action every day, expecting to see a different result. At some point in time, we might reach a plateau point where progress feels stagnant and it's hard to move the needle forward. A lot of the times, the methods that got you where you currently are, won't exactly take you to where you "now" want to go. Develop the courage to take new risks and try something new in order to reach your full potential! 💪

It's embarrassing to admit, but I've made plenty of decisions in my life when I was in desperation mode! I'm sure many of us have, whether we did something just for the money, to people please, or to avoid confrontation. 😩

We took the high road in order to feel safe and not upset others or simply because of bad habit. As a result, we give away some of our power and we do things that don't align with our true purpose in life. Make decisions from a place of strength. Be bold, take a chance on yourself, and stay in "power" mode! 💪

I'm the type of person that suffers from perfectionist syndrome all the time, and although it can be a great motivator, it's also placing unnecessary pressure on myself and can feel like a double edged sword sometimes. I do know that in order to grow however, you need to embrace mistakes rather than run from them. Keep pushing forward friends, you got this! 💪

A lot of the times, we are all so focused on the future and trying to get to where we want to go, that we don't take the time to rest and reflect on the progress that we've made. In a society where we're rushing all the time, do yourself a favor and spend a few moments to meditate on how amazing your life is and how well you're doing. Try to do your best to prioritize mental health. You're probably doing better than you think and don't even realize it! 💪

So...we did a thing. A long time dream of ours has finally become a reality, and we couldn't be more excited. We're sort of geeking out actually! 😜

We are beyond thrilled to announce the launch of our own JJArtworks Studios custom branded acrylic paint line! This has been a dream of ours for many years now, and a long term project that we have diligently been working on behind the scenes since August of last year. We're happy to report that our paints are finally in stock and ready to grace your creative hands! 👨🎨

Our paints are premium artist grade "heavy body" acrylic paints and come in 16.9 Fl Oz (500ml) bottles. We currently have 10 vivid colors in stock, and plan to have plenty more colors available in the upcoming months. 🎨

All we have is the present, so do your best to honor the present moment with whatever struggles or obstacles you're experiencing in life, and put the past and future aside for the time being. 💪

We all suffer at some point in our lives and experience some type of pain, whether it be mental or physical. I've had my body broken down and I've also been mentally overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, and mania. It's always the next step that counts, and you can either choose the pain of discipline to better yourself, or the pain of regret only dreaming of your full potential but not taking any action! 💪

There's been plenty of times in my life where I built up quite a bit of momentum, whether it be positive changes in my health, my business, or my personal relationships, and there's also been plenty of times in my life where I've lost that momentum in all of those categories as well. Momentum can ebb and flow, but if you're consistent with taking action every day, your momentum will carry you! 💪
