Possibility City
Strong words, a Bold claim… an introduction
Welcome to the Dirty Derby! The real goings on, the gritty, the down and dirty of what makes this city weird. The hand to mouths, the starving artists, the musicians, the mechanics. The skateboarders, the debutantes and punk rock princesses… everybody in between. There is a ton of gnarly s #!t that has happened and will happen in this ci
ty. This magazine is meant to bolster the interests and relish all things Derby City, and all things Dirty. The Dirty Derby will be in tune and ears to the street. So what we’re going to do is take all things Louisville, throw local models and sexy photography into the mix and then write all about it. We’re not letting too many details out just yet due to the style biters and unoriginals but rest assured, we’re going to do something this city has never seen, yet needs. We want to use our page to interact with you, our fans and readers. Teasers for upcoming issues, weekly and monthly giveaways like vintage furniture, custom Dirty Derby skateboard decks, Dirty Derby clothes, art, random household appliances and anything else we deem radical and want to give to you. We want to get your feedback, we want to bounce our ideas off you and most of all, we want you to expose yourself! We are unprejudiced in our support for this city and it’s people. The keyword for the following sentences is something. Because something is better than nothing, well most of the time. That being said… if you are doing something or making something or playing something or creating something… and you want the word out? Let us know so we can put you on blast to our readers. So Bikers and Microbrews, poets and pros, welcome. Tattoos and trannys, gear heads and geeks, come on in. Rockabillies, rednecks, Bankers and businessmen…
Suits and seven figure queens or kings, be our guests (loosen tie first)
Soldiers and sots, soccer moms and single dads… when the kids go down for a nap, check us out. Anyone else I’ve forgotten? Of course there is, and I’m sorry. You all come too and let’s bridge this gap. Let’s make Louisville an even more kick ass city. Is it possible here?
