It’s my book’s 3rd birthday! The Me, Without questions what might happen if we stop a habit instead of working to make better ones. If only for a few weeks, what will we learn about ourselves? What deep stuff will we face? What new choices will we recognize? Will we choose differently? How might we change?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I interviewed many super-smart specialists in health, art, and tech + tracked the journey of my Year’s study to create this book. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It’s for anyone feeling stuck, helpless, or uninspired. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A lot of it explores how to live well with chronic illness. So I hope it offers community for those feeling powerless within their bodies, too. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I was just as sick at the end of my Year. Technically, I was sicker. But I transformed inside. The things I learned have evolved and kept me in the light, being a sick, disabled, and single woman living in (largely) solo quarantine these last two years.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I hope reading it brings you comfort and empowerment.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
