So during this week's episode, Gabby and Courtney mentioned the enneagram test, so I had to take it for myself. And let me tell you it was ACCURATE. I've come to know myself over these 30 years as a non-confrontational, always look on the bright side, overachiever who's a bit of a know-it-all. So wouldn't you know my top 3 would be:
- One - the perfectionist
- Seven - the enthusiast
- Nine - the peacemaker
(With my honorable mentions being: the giver and the achiever.)
It's nice reflecting on oneself to know where you need to grow. Like finding the little spots on a plant to prune so they grow back healthier and stronger.

How are you guys doing with the ?? Strength training can be intimidating, but if start with the basics, you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish! I still have so far to go on my journey, but I feel like a bad-ass boss now anyway!

I am by no means an expert, but really just like to stretch and feel my body and how it moves, as well as reflect on and be grateful for all that it gives me!
