Pop star Drake buys house in Flippin Arkansas.

Drake has a big amount, and he spares no expense when it comes to his homes. This is definitely the case with his latest Flippin Arkansas purchase.

Drake bought his newest Arkansas home back in March for a reported price of $75, The house boasts 1 bedroom, 2/3 bathroom and 600-plus square feet of living space in total.

The home sits on .24 acres of land in Marion County, as for amenities, Drake's crib also has a couch, basketball court, sink, bathtub, a clogged toilet and more.

BOONE COUNTY, AR (WPR) — Annual cross burning.

The town of Harrison Arkansas will hold its annual cross burning.

The cross burning will get started at 9 p.m. on Monday, May 29 and there will be many food vendors to choose from.

Following the cross burning, Nathan Forrest III, a life long clan member will give a diversity speech to make sure all feel welcome.

Forrest is from Harrison and returned to his hometown where he eventually became grand wizzard and helped with many community projects.

Washington County, Ark. – Monday morning, a truck carrying over two dozen wallabies overturned in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

“Local’s, firefighters, and a towing service are currently attempting to eradicate the wallabies. One guy brought a minigun and another has a flam**hrower, it’s been a blast to say the least.” said Sgt. Dangle on Twitter.

BREAKING: Friends were overwhelmed after being approached by one of the world’s most elusive creatures this past week while spear fishing in Bull Shoals Lake.

Initially fearing it was a sea bear, the divers were relieved to learn the creature was actually a Loch Ness Monster, a rare species of which there have been just a few sightings. Photos shot this week shows the creature swimming close to two men and even sunbathing as the men watched in amazement.

The encounter is one of only a few sightings of a Loch Ness Monster in the lake. Scientists are struggling to contain their excitement after the recent encounter, particularly because high-quality photographs gathered.

A team of government scientists aims to capture the rare beast in coming months. After the beast is caught it will be sold to and later auctioned off at the wuhan meat market in China.

PULASKI COUNTY, AR. (CASN) - A Polaski County man has been sentenced to nearly two years in prison for threatening the life of a local dog groomer.

A judge sentenced 49-year-old Jesse Stands on Friday to spend 22 months in a state penitentiary. Stands pleaded guilty in February to threatening to kill local dog groomer Joyce Bendrick 39 of Pulaski County over a disagreement about the grooming service. Joyce said Stands immediately got irate and brandished what she thought was a firearm. "He started cussing me really good and waving that thing around and then I could see, it weren't no pistol, it was a black silicone p***s."

Stands was in the Pulaski County Jail in April 2022 on another charge when he wrote a threatening letter to another dog groomer in the area. He said he was going to bomb the groomer's place of business and kill everyone with cyanide when he gets out of jail because the groomer didn't offer a "happy ending" for his boxer-lab mix.

Once Stands is released from prison, he will be on supervised release for two more years.

Mountain Home, Arkansas - It’s that time of year again, time for the 33th annual m**h cook off!

Speed, crank, ice. No matter what you call it, crystal m**h is a favorite in many communities throughout Arkansas. And you can often spot m**h cooks bragging about their best batch on Facebook or at backyard cookouts. At the Mountain Home M**h Festival in Mountain Home, Arkansas, several layers of competition are present within the m**h community there.

Up on the stage, Carroll Sue and her aunt have almost finished the first batch of “shake and bake”.

“We’ll try to make sure we get enough samples for everybody to at least get a taste,” Carroll Sue says to the crowd. “I mean, you come to the m**h festival, you at least want to taste.”

the festival and competition will continue on through Memorial Day however if you’d like to enter the competition you must enter your m**h before Sunday at 5pm!

Samples are being handled by local authorities and must be turned in ASAP in person at any local police department before the Sunday deadline.

Samples will be judged based on the following:
(1) appearance
(2) taste
(4) longevity of high
(5) sample size (extra prizes for largest sample)

Pine Bluff, AR | Police busted a m**h lab and dog fighting ring east of Pine Bluff Wednesday.

Police found more than 20 chihuahuas, multiple stolen ATV’s and several people living in tents and campers at the location.

“They were pumping the dogs full of m**hamphetamine and throwing them in a ring to fight. The leaders chihuahua’s looked like som**hing out of a movie, it was jacked!” Said a local man.

The leader mentioned is Kristopher Kyle Kent Jr. which has been arrested multiple times for m**hamphetamine, grand theft auto, human trafficking and washing checks.

Authorities were tipped off when Kent was brought to the hospital by a stranger with a bad infection on his head from being bitten by his m**h, xanax and steroid pumped chihuahua.

The stranger which requested to remain anonymous found Kent attempting to bury himself alive near a hiking trail a couple hundred yards from his camper.

Kent was treated for his injuries and booked into jail.

The dogs are staying with Kent’s Aunt which plans to get them sober and healthy.

Flippin Arkansas – There have been multiple reports of aggressive squirrels in Flippin recently.

At least a dozen of the squirrels tested positive for HIV.

In one of the most recent cases, a member of the small community says a squirrel tried to attack a dog in its kennel.

The dog is OK and up to date on his shots but will be quarantined.

On Sunday, officers say a squirrel attacked a cat and then went down the street and attacked a man who was getting his newspaper.

Later on, they believe the same cat was attacked again by the same squirrel.

A driver going by saw the fight, stopped and reportedly shot the squirrel.

It will now be tested to see if it has HIV.

Neighbors are worried and are being urged to keep their guard up.

"I have horses, there's a lot of cats around here, it's a little nerve racking to have dogs out here without supervision, even other animals or anything that's not able to protect itself," neighbor Mike Todd said.

The recent attacks come just days after a squirrel attacked a woman inside her home.

That squirrel tested positive for HIV and m**hamphetamine.
