Good early Thursday morning.

A weak clipper like system will push across our region shortly around daybreak and will continue into the late morning hours. Light snow will fall, with the potential for heavier bursts leading to the possibility of a coating to an inch mainly on non paved surfaces.

This system will quickly end with mostly cloudy skies, giving way to partial clearing later in the afternoon. Our daytime high will hold in the upper 30s.

Friday, more mild conditions return as winds come in from the South. Temps will be in the low 50s for a daytime high.

Saturday will feature a mix of sun and clouds with temps again holding in the lower 50s.

A mess of a system comes Sunday with heavy rain likely and potentially ending as some type of frozen precipitation.

Good Friday morning!

This early morning will start off with partly sunny skies, with increasing cloud cover by the mid-morning. Temps will rebound into the middle 40s for an afternoon high. Rain showers will push into the region by the mid afternoon hours with widely scattered showers lingering into early this evening. Less than a quarter inch is expected.

Saturday, by far, will be the best outdoor day of the weekend as temps will moderate nicely into the lower to mid 50s despite mostly cloudy skies.

Sunday will again start off dry, however come the mid afternoon, more rain will develop and move into our region. This batch will bring more of a steady rain, especially during the late afternoon and early evening hours.

Rumors of possible snow come Tuesday overnight into Wednesday are true....HOWEVER at this current time, I am not overly excited, but trends keep me intrigued, to say the least.

*SNOW SQUALLS LIKELY*

Good Tuesday morning. Many of you woke up with a fresh coating of snow on the cars and grass. More likely.

Today, very cold air will continue to invade the region. A strong North West wind of 15 to 25 mph will develop as we progress into the late morning hours. Temps will remain in the lower 30s, and with wind chills, it will feel like temps are in the teens!

Please slow down if driving and a snow squall develops. It will literally take seconds for a strong snow squall to produce blinding white out conditions with a quick coating.

Snow squalls can be expected at any time with little to no notice.

Temps will crash into the teens overnight.

Wednesday will remain very cold and still very breezy.

Good black Friday!

A chilly weekend is on tap.

Today will feature a mix of sun and clouds, but unlike yesterday, it will not be as breezy. . Temps will remain cooler as middle to upper 40s will be the theme.

Saturday will also feature a mix of sun and clouds with temps holding in the lower 40s.

Sunday temps modify slightly as temps will climb to near 50 degrees.

Good Friday morning!

A very mild start to our weekend will yield to cooler and breezy conditions to end it!

Sunny skies this morning will give way to increasing clouds. Temps will moderate nicely into the mid-60s for a daytime high. Light showers will push across the region Friday evening into very early Saturday morning before ending before daybreak.

Saturday will feature cloudy skies early, giving way to increasing sunshine by the late morning hours. Our daytime high will be reached early, in the lower 50s, before much cooler air invades the region by Saturday afternoon. As the cooler air works in, a strong North West wind of 15 to 25 mph will develop with gusts near 35mph at times. Temps will tumble throughout the afternoon as we will end up in the 30s for overnight.

Sunday, mostly sunny skies return. However, breezy conditions will continue into the afternoon hours with a daytime high holding at either side of 50 degrees.

Good Tuesday morning!

Bright sunny skies will stick around for most of the day. Temps will be held in the mid-50s for a daytime high. A slight breeze will knock down more leaves as we work into the afternoon hours.

Wednesday high pressure will provide plenty of sunshine across the entire region with temps again holding in the mid-50s. Unlike today, less wind will allow for easy cleanup regarding leaves.

Thursday will be a great day to tackle any outdoor activities as plenty of sunshine will again be in full control as temps rebound into the lower 60s!

Good Friday morning!

A chilly weekend is on tap.

Mostly cloudy skies with a few light showers are possible early this morning before any showers end shortly after daybreak. Cloudy skies will continue into the early afternoon before clearing starts to take place. Breezy conditions will develop as the clearing process starts. Daytime high will top out in the mid-50s.

Saturday will feature an abundance of sunshine as high pressure starts to move into our region. Despite plenty of sunshine, temps will only rebound into the low 50s, and with a NW breeze, it will feel nippy.

Sunday will once again provide plenty of sunshine, but despite this, temps will struggle to reach 50 degrees. It will not be as breezy.

Happy election day!

Good Tuesday morning. A beautiful day is on tap across the region as cloudy skies this morning will give way to increasing sunshine as we progress into the afternoon hours. Temps will moderate nicely into the upper 60s for a daytime high. Clear skies tonight will allow temps to tumble into the 30s.

Wednesday will not be as nice as we will be under the influence of mostly cloudy skies. Temps will hold in the mid to upper 50s for a daytime high. A few showers can't be ruled out later Wednesday evening.

Thursday will continue to be cloudy, however I do expect temps to hold near 60 for an afternoon high.

After a very chilly start to our morning with temps in the middle 20s, mostly sunny skies will quickly allow frost to melt as temps rebound into the mid-40s by mid morning.

Temps this afternoon will rebound into the upper 50s to near 60. Another cold night as temps dip into the lower 30s.

Saturday, unfortunately, will feature more clouds than sun, but the good news is temps will rebound into the lower 60s for a daytime high. Not as cold overnight as lower 40s will be common.

Good Friday morning!

Finally, I can report that a fantastic weekend is on tap!

High pressure will be setting up shop over our region starting this afternoon. As a result we will have an abundance of sunshine today with many locations making a run to either side of 80 degrees!

Saturday will be a beauty as wall to wall sunshine continues to spoil us, as lower 80s will be common across the region. This would be a great time to get winter ready.

Sunday will feature showers and patchy drizzle early before clearing takes place. Temps will not be as warm, however still mild with mid to upper 60s.

Cooler conditions and rain return early next week.

Pro Tip: It’s much more fun to load up on all your winter supplies while it’s still warm out!!! Or call Jono Ace Hardware to place an order for delivery. Bulk coal can be picked up at the coal yard which is now open for the season, Mon-Thur 4pm-6pm, Fri 5pm-6pm, Sat 8am-12pm.

After a very chilly start to our day, temps will rebound quickly as wall to wall sunshine allows temps to rebound into the middle 60s for a daytime high. Tonight, another clear night will allow temps to dip into the middle 30s.

Wednesday will be another fantastic day across the region as once again we will have an abundance of sunshine with warming temps! I think many will rebound into the upper 60s.

Thursday will feature a mix of sun and clouds, with mild conditions returning. Lower 70s will be common across the area.

Even warmer conditions return by the weekend.

Unfortunately, today will be hit or miss as stalling system will bring with it showers this afternoon. I expect showers to continue into the late afternoon before ending. Tonight more steady rain moves in this evening late with steady rain falling as many sleep.

Saturday has everyone's attention, as many have outdoor plans. Currently, we look GOOD in regards to clear conditions. Despite cloudy skies with morning showers ending, temps will top out in the lower 60s.

Today will be a fantastic day to be outdoors as we will have a mix of sun and clouds with temps rebounding into the lower 60s. Unlike yesterday, it will not be as breezy.

Wednesday, mostly sunny skies return as high pressure moves overhead. Temps will top out in the lower to mid-60s. Clear skies overnight will allow temps to dip into the lower 40s, so frost is possible.

Thursday will be the warmest of this week as I think we end up near 70 degrees. While mostly sunny skies will be common early, clouds will increase as yet again, another weekend storm system threatening outdoor plans looms.

Good Tuesday morning! Another frosty start to our day as it was very chilly last night. Today, I expect morning clouds to give way to increasing sunshine as we progress into the afternoon hours. Temps will top out in the lower to mid 60s for an afternoon high.

Tonight temps will again crash into the lower 40s.

Wednesday will feature an abundance of sunshine as high pressure parks overhead. Temps will again rebound into the lower to mid 60s.

Thursday, unfortunately, will see the return of increasing clouds as a weak front nears our region. I can not rule out a stray pop-up shower later in the afternoon and evening. Temps will hold in the lower 60s.

The bands of rain continue to back fill as this system is nearly stationary overhead of the region. Another half inch to one inch is likely.
