Bucee says, well I’m here at this Fantastic greenhouse & gift shop and I’m loving it all! This place has beautiful things Everywhere!!! I’ll have to make multiple purchases here!
If you like nice, beautiful, local, one of a kind items and awesome staff to help you shop……… Then this is the place to come!
Even if you have to do a little longer drive to get here. It’s worth the drive!

Hi Gang! I came to visit The General Morgan Inn recently. It’s an historic inn in Greeneville . I’m checking it out to see if I want to come back and stay and notice. I have lots of events here and a delicious restaurant to dine in. I hear they even have a Lotta weddings here.

PS…..the statue I am standing in front of is the General Morgan himself!

Buc-ee loves music and loves playing different instruments so he’s trying out the flute in the gift shop at Sequoyah Museum.
He says it sounds perfectly tuned and ready to buy it!
Be sure and shop at the gift store at the museum.

Buc-ee says, while I was at the Sequoyah Museum I was checking out the book selections. So get in the spirit of the Cherokee I bought myself a hat and starting reading a few of the pages in the books I’m buying.
It’s great way to learn about the Cherokee Nation peoples. Sometimes you just have to educate yourself when you’re not taught in school and what a better place to learn!

Buc-ee says, you should visit the Sequoyah Museum in Vonore, TN and support the Cherokee nation. It’s a beautiful drive and sits on Tellico lake . The museum is educational has a great gift shop, walking trails and several events during the year!
Next one coming is —-
The Great Island Festival!
It’s two days and it’s a lot of family fun .
There will be vendors, entertainment and food vendors!

Buc-ee is at MeandCo- it’s a great local shop for any gift buying or gifts for yourself.
Plus it’s getting time for back to school. I’m shopping for a backpack, lunchbox and a few UT items to get me in the spirit because it’s just around the corner for game time in Tennessee.
I like shopping at local businesses!

I love to buy they are large pizzas on Fridays for only $7!

Virginia Highlands Festival! 74 years this festival has been going on. You really should make the trip to attend! From culinary arts, music, performing arts, antique shopping, outdoor adventures, farm tours, spirit tours, various workshops, concerts, juried art show, to historic tours. There’s a lot going on! Starts July 19-30

This gentle giant stood not even 5m away from us, in his own world, eyes closing and snoozing every now and then, to peek at us. We left and came back and he was still leaning his head against this beautiful tree

In 1923, one of Blowing Rock’s most beloved traditions began as a small tournament on the hill behind Green Park Inn. A century later, the Blowing Rock Charity Horse Show has transformed into a monumental event on a beautiful preserve that draws equestrians from across the country due to its reputation for being an exceptionally “fun” show for participants and spectators alike. A Hundred Years of Horses commemorates this growth and success through stories and objects illuminating the history of BRCHS.⁠
