We are so proud of you and it has been such a joy to watch you grow and learn. It has been impressive to see just how fast you have done both. A star student, a wonderful employee and our friend forever.

The girls did a farwell podcast and it was a lot of fun to watch! Here's the really cool thing about these last ten weeks: They see it as an internship where they learn new skills, meet new people and have unique experiences. Almost like they are taking a piece of us with them. But we see it as a way of pouring into the best of our young people, mentoring and exposing them to new ideas and ways. In whatever way they leave with some bit of us, they leave us with some bit of them. We benefit the same way they benefit. We are grateful and we are proud. Caroline, Sydney and Trinity - each of you will do big things and we will cheer you on, forever. Once an intern, always family. Now we must go cry. 😔
