For over 30 years McNary High has offered students the opportunity to tell stories through film, video, and digital media. This unique program has offered many Celtic Alumni a chance to work professionally in a wide variety of trades in the multi-faceted industry of news and entertainment media. Wether you were a student of Mike Markee or Jason Heimerdinger, if you directed a Senior Film or just showed up in a crazy sketch on CNN. We want to connect with you and share the future of McNary Media Productions. The program is currently still running strong and is now officially recognized as a Career and Technical Education Program by the Oregon Department of Education. Through our CTE connection we have been able to make great strides in upgrading technology and facilities to give students exposure to quality equipment and training to turn their ideas into professional products. We have a lot of room to grow and look forward to mining the knowledge of our Alumni to guide the program through the future and continue build the reputation McNary has garnered as a place for teens build strong production skills.
