Further you surrender all rights to such items and grant JRCS permission to use them, unless you're a part of an organization or terms of agreement have been reached. You agree that the information we provide will not be used to aid or assist in a crime or to avoid arrest,or to commit a crime. You agree that you will not follow(chase) or go to any active fire/ems/police or any kind of public safety incident,to aid in our purpose or any reason for Rock County Scanner
You agree that you have knowledge that we are not employee’s nor do we represent Rock County Communications(911 center) or any other local or state public agency. You agree that the information we provide may or may not be 100% true or factual,as some situations can change or wrong information given at the time of the incident. You agree and understand that we do not provide personnel medical information or details,such as names or exact addresses,or license plate numbers or anything at all that could specifically identify an individual . You agree that by actively being involved in our website and our Facebook site to all these terms and conditions that you have read fully and understand these terms and conditions
You agree that your participation in our page is solely for entertainment purposes only. You agree that we reserve the right to block and or ban and or deny any kind of access to our pages for any reason
You agree that you will give us proper credit for any information at all that you use from our sources such as pictures,video,text or messages or post that we make. We also do not encourage people who take it upon themselves under free will to travel to any incident location, in which it could endanger themselves, the general public or public safety personnel. We will ONLY post active Priority Police Calls, and all Fire, and EMS Calls in Janesville and all of Rock County Wisconsin and occasionally surrounding area.
