Avocado toast the right way
Accountability- the fact or condition of being accountable; responsibility. As parents.. we need to to let 2024 be the year of accountability. It's time we step up and be there for our kids.. and being there for your kids can be difficult sometimes for parents that care. Regardless of the difficulty.. it doesn't make it any less necessary so we must find a way. The things we do now for our children and with our children are the things that will live on with them throughout their lives... why not leave a healthy positive and impactful imprint on them. This could save you and your families life and improve your longevity by being aware of the dangers of poor eating. Not knowing what you put in your body is a very dangerous way to live life. Garlic Parm Chicken Skewers
Garlic parm Chicken Skewers These are high protein low carb and ful lOf flavor! Only 6 ingredients!! Eating healthier doesn’t have to be something you dread. Try this recipe and stay tuned for the next one!Ingredients 4-6 Chicken thighs 1/4 cup minced garlic 2 tbsp chopped parsley/ cilantro 1/4 cup freshly grated parm 1 tsp of red pepper flakes Get your chicken thigh and cut off any excess fat and dice into cubes. Season generously with your all purpose seasoning of choice. Toss to make sure each side is well coated and then grab some skewers and poke through the center of the chicken cubes. Once this is done pop in air fryer at 350 for about 5-6 min.. While these cook grab all of your garlic parm sauce ingredients and toss them in a pan over medium low heat and stir until combined and fragrant. Open the air fryer after the 5-6 min and brush on/coat the chicken with this sauce. Now back into the air fryer for about the same time until it’s crispy on the edges or reaches an internal temp of 165. Garnish with freshly grated parm cheese and enjoy! Easy delicious and full of protein!
