I had to change my routine today instead of working out at 5am I went at 12pm. Thought I would take a selfie to show off my Carina I’m down 22lbs into a size 38 pants for first time in 3 years so I celebrated with watermelon as my lunch. ✨

I never thought this day would come! It’s been 3 years since these 2 things have happened. I gained 135lbs three years ago and in January of this year I weighed 270. Through a lot of hard work and motivation from Kristina I’ve been able to stick to the plan. The plan was try to eat healthy drink lots of water since I hate it and exercise everyday. Well today for the first time in 3 years I weigh less than 250lbs. (248.5)
And Kristina and the kids tye died shirts the other day and this is the shirt they made me. 1st time in 3 years I was able to wear a XL shirt. Let me be motivation for you if I can turn my life around and live healthy anyone can do it!!!!

Al right folks. All of you except Gina are crazy ASF! He never once touched the Coach at all never pushed him one time. The coach even said after the game that it surprised him and he lost his balance. It’s the freaking Super Bowl tension are high the whole team was frustrated screaming at each other he expressed his desire to have to ball thrown to him he wanted to win they was not going to win unless he got the ball more. This is no different than a coach disrespecting a player for making a bad play. And everyone of you are delusional if you don’t think them coaches wasn’t screaming hollering and throwing crap in the locker room at half time. But yet that is exactable. Cause it is a coach doing. Then you have the nerve to say he is a bad guy and has a bad temper. Lmao. 🤣 that’s like saying Muhammad Ali was mean and would commit domestic violence cause he was a boxer. Dude is just passionate about his desire to win. Clearly none of you have had children play sports and they get upset about something during the game. Heck most you parents act a fool at your kids sporting events screaming at the coaches cussing fighting. Thinking you could do a better job. So you guys ain’t no different!
