Yesterday, Julie Reiner introduced Hawaii to Copalli Rum. The brand’s lineup of agricole style (fresh pressed sugar cane) rums includes an unaged rum made using both pot and column stills and then is blended in to make a lighter flavor, a 11 month ex-bourbon cask aged rum, and a cacao infused rum which is then redistilled.
