Your physique is a physical manifestation of your thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Calories in calories out is the physiological response for fat loss.

However don’t forget your fitness and health journey is mental as well.

Actions are governed by thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Ask yourself:

-Why do you hit snooze
-Why are you overeating
-Why do you fall off track

These are secondary responses to something deeper.

𝐈𝐭 𝐃𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠:

The fitness industry has done a terrible job of expressing what health looks like.

Perfect bodies, bland diets and unrealistic workout routines.

Lifestyle is the most important factor that will determine your health.

It’s hard:

-Raising a family
-Working long hours
-Making time for yourself

These can all be challenges in your health and fitness journey.

The last person you want to see is someone who eats, sleeps and breathes the gym.

Truth is, it doesn’t require that much time or effort.

It’s about using the small time you have and prioritizing small actions to be healthier.

It’s about making small changes in your diet.

It’s about enjoying life whilst not destroying progress and falling off the rails.

It’s truly possible and your fully capable of being healthy.

What if I told you being a dad was the hardest thing I’ve ever done?

What if I told you I’m very busy?

What if I told you I’m short on time?

What if I told you fitness doesn’t consume my life?

What if I told you I enjoy outing with my family?

What if I told you I feel tired and low on energy sometimes?

Would you believe me?

One of the biggest lies I was told is wait until you have kids.

Well now I have one and it’s been the complete opposite of what I was told.

My motivation was amplified not diminished.

I know there’s someone looking to me for example.

I know I have to be more strategic.

It’s all about growing as a person and finding a way.

You don’t ask for less problems.

You simply become the person suited to deal with them.

P.S I’m looking for 3 dads who are tired of not showing up their best selves and are ready for a change.
