We are an independent publisher of unique and engaging educational books for children including the Rowdy Kids math series and the Awesome Music for Kids series. Our name comes from the Latin word, cogitare, which means to think deeply. Our mission is to create quality educational materials that encourage children to think deeply by reading and learning about things that they are interested in. We
know that children can think deeply and creatively, that they can master higher level skills, and develop a growth mindset that will help them see the world as one exciting challenge after another! To get them there, we take children seriously. We take their interests and goals seriously—even if it is sometimes hard to remember how things like collecting rocks, making up silly songs, or building the best couch fort, could be so exciting and important!
