Attention all clients!!! Please read!

First of all, I want to say how honored I have been to be part of so many beautiful ceremonies and receptions.
It’s been another busy couple weeks.
As stated previously, I am transitioning to DJing almost exclusively for another local company. As this transition happens, certain hiccups have popped up- one of those is with my email service. As i chose to not renew my website hosting at my domain address as I am not actively advertising, my email was supposed to remain active as I still own the domain rights. However, the hosting service made my domain inactive somehow. That being said, I am without email service for the umpteenth time this year and am at my boiling point with it all.

I will be creating a new email address to use for all matters moving forward and everyone will receive an email with this explanation and the plan for moving forward.

As this is has created some delay in responses, I wanted to apologize. I will be playing catch up all week. Wix has assured me that between them and Google, I will be given copies of any emails I’ve missed, however if you do not receive a response this week- please let me know.

Had the honor of helping the new Mr. And Mrs. Rosendale celebrate their love on Saturday at the MSUFCU Club at Spartan Stadium. I ran the music/mic system from the venue for cocktail hour, dinner, and speeches then flipped to the other side of the room for dancing with my lights and speakers 😊
Such a cool view for a wedding!

Was an amazing weekend with two beautiful weddings.
Friday, I had the honor of providing ceremony and reception services for the new Mr. & Mrs. Shaechterle.
Although the rain moved the ceremony indoors, it didn’t put a damper on the energy one bit. As always, the staff at The Barn At Monterrey Valley were stellar and the venue is so picturesque!

Congratulations to Pearl and Paeton! I was too busy having fun to snap more pictures than just my pre-finalized set up and a ceremony photo. They had a beautiful ceremony as soon as the rain let up. Then we had a great time together dancing. A beautiful night full of love!

I was lucky enough to bring home Covid from my family cruise- it has been kicking my butt.

I apologize for the continued delay in answer emails and messages. *knock on wood* I’m feeling a bit better today and hoping to have the mental fortitude and energy to get back to business tomorrow.

Hey y’all! I’m finally on land on Hawaii. During the cruise one of my cards were locked and consequently, my email subscription lapsed for a few days and I was unable to resolve until I had signal.
If anyone has emailed and received a “this inbox doesn’t exist” message, please don’t fret! I’m back up and running and feel free to re-send. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

DJs BY BK will be closed February 14 through March 6th. During this time, communication will also be super limited as I float atop the ocean.

That being said, I’m going out with a bang before vacation!
Tonight is Bethany Christian Services Valentine’s Gala. Tomorrow I’ll be at Allendale Highschool for their Winterfest Dance. And lastly, ending the weekend with a wedding on Sunday.

Taking bookings for 2023 and 2024 like hot cakes recently. I’m so honored and humbled by everyone who trusts me to provide service on their big day.

That being said, wanted to let everyone know that DJs By BK will be closed February 14th through March 6th as I will be floating in the middle of the ocean en route to Hawaii! I have the ultimate privilege of joining my family for a couple week cruise. During that time, reception/coverage will be very spotty and my response time will be days/week. However, I will be coming back reenergized and rested just in time for the craziness of wedding season and will get responses out ASAP 😊

I had the absolute pleasure of DJing easily the most special event of my life... my parents retirement party. They owned and operated Adeline Leigh Catering for 37 years- they’re the reason I feel confident calling myself a wedding expert.

It was a lot of fun to land on the other side of my booth and get to dance for once. (I’m the big guy in the floral print)

Although I haven’t been posting much, I’ve been working tirelessly to prepare for 2023! New lights, new tech, new microphones- my set up will be more professional and more spectacular than ever before. I can’t wait!
