Congressional Delegation Meets with Flint Families
A congressional delegation led by Congressman Dan Kildee visited Flint on Friday, July 20 to meet with Flint families and observe lead pipes being replaced in their homes. Deronda Jones said she and her family have used bottled water since the crisis began four years ago. Members of Congress joined by Mayor Karen Weaver met with Jones and her neighbors to hear first hand what needs to be done to help families recover.
