This is what happens when
1. you don't know how to drive.
Or
2. You attempt fast and furious stunts and have zero skills to do it.
And don't forget to call a tow truck that will tow you off without calling the cops first.
After speaking with people involved we have verified the following
Managment for the property has called EPD and the tow truck seen in a later portion of the video.
The guy called the Tow truck company (name being left out due to an ongoing investigation) did not call EPD about the accident.
The Tow truck driver did not notate anything about the damage to the railing or that there had been any signs of an accident (even though there was many signs of an accident including but not limited to the fact the vehicle came to a rest over the railing it blew through).
They towed it to a personal residence not far from the scene of the accident.
The management called EPD upon learning exactly how the railing was destroyed.
EPD came out took a report and that was the last update we got.
