As children of two U.S. Army sergeants, twin brothers and pro football players Aaron Jones and Alvin Jones Jr. were familiar with change. The constant in their lives was their family’s commitment to giving back.

Aaron and Alvin always joined their parents during volunteer opportunities and learned from a young age the importance of their contributions. Together, they lent a hand in soup kitchens serving Thanksgiving Day meals, participated in community service throughout high school, assisted with fundraisers, and more. Now, with a larger platform to effect change, Aaron and Alvin started the A&A All The Way Foundation in 2020 to support children and families all the way.

OUR MISSION
A&A All The Way Foundation is dedicated to making an impact in the lives of our nation’s youth. The foundation looks to inspire, educate and promote unity and diversity across multiple communities. Its primary areas of focus include recreation and fitness, children’s basic needs, and supporting kids in military families. The A&A All The Way Foundation believes that children have the potential to change the world if we provide them the opportunities and guidance they deserve.

¡Mira! Las Cruces

April 27, 2024
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
100 N. Main Street
Las Cruces, NM

Visit Las Cruces presents ¡mira! Las Cruces, a free, family-friendly festival highlighting the art and culture, cuisine, music and outdoor recreation that make the city and its surrounding communities one of a kind.

¡mira! Las Cruces invites everyone to “look” and experience all the great things the city has to offer. The festival is meant to encourage tourism from outside the region and provide a vibrant community celebration locals can be proud of. Event planners, travel writers, and social media influencers from across the country also will be in attendance.

Performance by Grupo Control is a norteño, cumbia group from Houston, Texas. Members have ties to the borderland region and their music reflects the culture and community in Las Cruces and the surrounding area. They refer to themselves as Los Reyes de la Cumbia (The Kings of Cumbia) and were founded in the late 90s. The group has 795,000 followers on Facebook with millions of videos views on the same platform.

Grupo Control will headline Visit Las Cruces’ second annual ¡mira! Las Cruces event, on Saturday, April 27, 2024.

There will be additional acts starting at 2 p.m. April 27 and throughout that day. New this year is Lucha libre alongside a live DJ in the food truck fiesta area. Trick dogs will take the stage and Kids Can will expand the children’s section. Performances from local high school bands and cheer groups, dance lessons, mariachi and ballet folklorico performances return.

Be advised, the City of Las Cruces will shut down Main Street at 5 a.m. April 27, from the north roundabout to Bowman Avenue, as well as Las Cruces and Griggs avenues. The Las Cruces Farmers and Crafts Market will move to Sunday, April 28, 2024. However, many vendors will attend ¡Mira! Las Cruces April 27 for the expanded “Farmers Market Experience” lining Main Street.

You can expect all the same energy and fun from last year (x2) because this year, we went BIGGER.

¡Mira! Las Cruces is meant to highlight the city’s art and culture, cuisine, outdoor recreation, and awe-inspiring sights and sounds.

So, mark your calendars and plan your trips to Las Cruces for this FREE event.
We can’t wait to see you there .
