El Paso County and the County’s Veterans Advisory Board (VAB) are still accepting nominations for the 2024 Veteran of the. The County is in search of a veteran whose outstanding service has made a positive impact in the El Paso community.

Some characteristics the ideal Veteran of the Year may possess include strong leadership skills, a public service mindset, and various contributions that they have made in our local El Paso community. The nominee must have served honorably in the U.S. Armed Forces.
