I so very enjoyed your book. What an incredible story. There was one sentence that is so familiar. I cannot tell you how many times I have shaken my fist at God and said “ why?” People throw their kids in garbage cans and drown their babies and you took one that would have been so very loved. I have asked many time if God’s values are screwed. Another amazing thing is how many folks in your book were able to keep their faith. My mother always amazed me with her total acceptance of what I view as injustice. I really have lost faith. But the book was comforting on many levels and I so appreciate your willingness to share it with me. If I may, may I pass it on to some of the counselors and faculty here at the school who work in the area of grief and loss? I work in a school that trains therapists.
