All prizes are awarded “as is.” Prizes are non transferable and not negotiable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. By participating in Krystal 93 contests, all contestants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will, and understand and agree that neither Krystal Broadcasti

ng stations, or its agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability with respect to the contestants’ participation in the contest or winning of any prize. Only one winner per household. Must be 16 years of age or older and legal residents of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Some contests will require participants be a minimum age of 21 at venues where alcoholic beverages are served. Krystal Broadcasting reserves the right to set age limits or place other restrictions on contest entries. Employees of Krystal Broadcasting and any immediate sponsors and their employees are not eligible to participate to win. This contest is not open to owners, officers, employees, consultants or advertising marketing agencies of/for any radio station or other competing media in the Summit and Eagle County areas. All winners agree that Krystal 93 may broadcast or publish their name, city of residence, photo, videotape, film, voice or any other likeness for any reason the station deems desirable and/or necessary without no compensation. Winners of on-air call in contests shall be determined by the announcer conducting the contest. The decision is final. Krystal 93 reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes of equal or comparable value. Krystal 93 limits the winning of major prizes $1000 or more, to once every 6 months. The limit for winning qualifying or lesser prizes is once every 30 days. Unless otherwise noted, all prizes must be picked up in person at the Krystal 93 offices at 701 Anemone Trail, Suite 203, Dillon, CO during regular business hours, 9am – 5pm Monday thru Friday. All prizes unclaimed after 30 days are null and void. Krystal 93 reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at anytime as well as end a contest anytime. All decisions of station management with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each contestant by virtue of entering the contest agrees to accept the decision of the station as final. If concert or other ticketed events have been award as a prize and the concert or event is postponed, rained out, or canceled, or for other reasons beyond our control does not occur, the company will not be responsible for replacing the prize.
