My name is Anthony Cuthbert and I am an aspiring race car driver looking to make a name for myself and grow as I pursue the ultimate goal of becoming a professional race car driver. Our Story

Anthony got the urge to start racing after volunteering at the 2013 Belle Isle Grand Prix. Watching the cars race around the island gave him the desire to want to become a professional racecar driver. His first autocross event was with the Furrin Group at US 131 Speedway where he took 2nd place out of 5 entries in his class. From that moment on, he knew that he wanted to pursue a career in motorsports.

Since 2013, he traveled the country competing in numerous events and met some of the most generous and amazing people along the way. He remembers spending about a half an hour talking to someone about the Fiat and everything I’ve been through with the car and they loved it. “Competing in cars that you don’t really see out on the track and proving that they’re capable of keeping up with the more proven cars is a win of its own,” says Anthony. When he’s not racing, he volunteers at the local open track days at Waterford Hills Road Racing Track as an instructor. He also runs tech to make sure all the cars are safe and ready to go out on track.

His ultimate goal is to become a professional Full-Time Endurance Racer and sprint racer. He love sharing stories, both good and bad, about what he’s doing with these cars and how strong of an impact he leaves with everyone by the day’s end. “The best thing of all is when the kids come around and want to sit in the car and have their pictures taken with it,” Anthony recalls. He look to inspire more young kids and young adults that you don’t need a proven car to compete.
